Our chef David Delsart does justice to the warm atmosphere and refined setting with his cuisine showcasing regional products on the forefront of the culinary scene. A true gourmet interlude, Les Terrasses de Lyon serves fine cuisine pairing local products such as Bresse chicken and pigeon with advanced cooking techniques. This subtle alchemy is reflected in every dish, from starters to the desserts concocted by Pastry Chef.

The uninterrupted view of the characteristic rooftops of Vieux Lyon is a feast for the eyes complementing the pleasures of the plate. In the summer, the restaurant's delicious dishes can also be enjoyed on the shaded terrace.

David Delsart

Working in our kitchens La Villa Florentine since 2004, David Delsart became head of the staff in August 2015. His background includes prestigious names in French gastronomy, such as Le Meurice in Paris and La Rotonde in Lyon. He also won the "Chefs en Or 2014" competition organised by Transgourmet.
David works with total respect for products, enhancing them with the many treasures the region has to offer.
